Umami produces a small quantity with special care of tradition in the aim of raising our wines to the highest level. We respect the grape allowing it talking for itself. We manage innovation and put it in the service of traditional wine production to offer wine lovers a unique taste experience. We believe that we produce wines that feature complexity, freshness and balance.

Founded in January 2010 by oenologist Hiba Salloum, with the aim of sharing her passion for wine; UMAMI Club offers oenological events and tasting courses with the discovery of special wines selected to please you. This will take place in a prestigious Club, decorated with great finesse to burst your senses and browse the various “terroirs” of the wine world.
