اوتيل القادري الكبير واحد من أقدم فنادق لبنان العاملين الى اليوم بالجودة والاناقة والرقي عينه.

يقع في قلب مدينة زحلة على ضفاف نهر البردوني في وادي العرايش. بني في القرن التاسع عشر وكان ملكية للرهبانية الباسيلية الشويرية، وأعادت ترميمه وتجهيزه وحدثته مؤخرا شركة كريستال ليبانون.

حافظ ترميمه على الطابع الفخم التراثي القديم من خارجه وداخله. وهو طابع يجمع بين التصاميم الشرقية والغربية القديمة المحدّثة بلمسات عصرية للحرص على راحة النزلاء وجمال الفندق. يعرض الفندق مجموعة كبيرة من الصور التاريخية لرؤساء ووزراء وشعراء وفنانين لبنانيين وعرب واوروبيين نزلوا في الفندق.
