SIMA group was founded in 2011 by Matta and Sidnaoui family, it is located in Ferzoul- Bekaa, and it is the first mushroom farm in Bekaa. All products are freshly produced and sent to the market under the name of “Farm Fresh”. Our mushrooms are fresh without preservatives, conveniently packed, delicious, full of nutrients and  unique in the market.

Farm Fresh produces daily 1200 kg of fresh mushroom, part of it is sold fresh and the other part is conserved in the latest modern technology and the highest hygiene standards, respecting the food safety standards.

We have the first canning plant in Lebanon that uses fresh mushroom conserved in glass jars without using any colorants or additives. We follow our product from farm to fork!! All the products are highly controlled in our labs  and followed up, to offer the healthiest and most safe conserved product.

We  newly implemented a  hydroponic farm (outdoor and indoor) to provide you the most delicious , crispy and premium quality herbs, leafy greens , strawberries , endive all year round. These systems are new to agriculture in Lebanon and this is one of the ways of reaching sustainable agriculture and we intend to be the leader company in this field.
