Designed to be one of the best Cafes in town, Dabke w Bas has become quite a trademark in Saj. It features a rich oriental décor, with tent Sealing’s.

With a variety of sandwiches, Dabke W Bas describes itself as a fusion take on Saj where we strive to create a mixture of Levantine and international ingredients.

Our specialty Saj is a domed grill used for baking flatbread. Dough is rolled out and laid over the dome where it cooks quickly. The breads are then folded around with various ingredients.
