Chateau Rayak
نبيذ و عرق / Popular
Wine-making has been a passion of the Maalouf family for hundreds of years. In 1914 the family escaped the World War I famine in Mount Lebanon and took refuge in the city of Rayak, in the Bekaa Valley.
The region’s unique climate and terrain provided their wine with an unexpected wealth of flavors, aromas, and rich colors. Looking back on centuries of wine making experience, the Maalouf artisanal winery is located in a city at the heart of Lebanon’s wine making region.
