Blue lake hotel was established in 1991 as the blue lake restaurant. It was a restaurant that offered a variety of Lebanese food. In 2014 the restaurant was developed to become a hotel with wide/various services.

Blue lake hotel is well known for its amazing view. From its 30 rooms you can view the “karoun Lake”, “Litani River”, “Haramoun’s Mountain” & “Barouk’s Mountain”. It’s located at Saghbine-West Bekaa. This valley is one-half hour away from Beirut International Airport, one hour away from Baalback, and half an hour away from Zahle. Through being there you’ll not miss all the summer activities that are lunched in Bekaa, starting from Baalback festivals to Anjaar festivals. You will be able to share in the wine preparation activities between august and September in Chatuea Kefraya & Koroum Kefraya. If you are interested in Jet Ski activities and boat rides, you can simply reach the Karoun Lake within 5 minutes also.

Restaurant
Blue lake restaurant is a Lebanese restaurant that was basically found in 1992. It is based in west Bekaa, in Saghbine, near the Litany River and Qaroun Lake. As you enter our restaurant take a look all around, you can view the west bekaa villages at a time, with the Litani River and Qaroun Lake also, all surrounded by a variety of Oak, pine and cypress trees.

Our restaurant is a main part of the hotel, were we serve a variety of hot and cold Lebanese mezze, traditional Lebanese dishes, grills, salads, baked dishes and a number of sweets. We insist on providing a high standard in terms of food production and customer service. Our purely and fresh natural ingredients are used to produce very affordable products that respond to the need of our target groups. We insure that our guests become a loyal customers and fans who visit the restaurant again and again.
