Al-Rayan Hospital started as a delivery center in 1990 with a capacity of 15 bed, and in 1996 in was modified into a general hospital with 65 bed distributed as following: O.R Department consisting of three fully equiped operating room ready for any surgical act. X-Ray Department equiped with the best X-Ray machines in additing to the 3D Ultrasound and the cardiac and vescular colored viewing in addition to the “Spiral Scanner” LAB Department equiped with the newest electronical innovations with very precise results to perform all laboratorial examinations in addition to the blood bank. I.C.U Department including a cardiac and chest care department and Broncoscopy depending on the newest american machines and stress test. General Pediatric and Surgery Department Delivery and Feminin Surgery Department Dental Department General general health and internal treatment department Nutrition Department following the newest hospitality issues. in addition to the E.R department which is fully equiped with machines and stuff 24/7 and an equiped Ambulance car for local treatment if needed. in the Year 2000, the Al – Rayan hospital oppened the Coronary department and in 2002 the hospital established the Dialyze department. in 2009 the hospital is accomplished with the oppening of the M.R.I department so that the hospital is now an integrated medical hospital for treatment in the city of continous Sun rise and culture Baalbeck.
