Jana Al Ayadi is a production unit in Deir El Ahmar, North Bekaa. Established in 2006, this food-processing cooperative produces delicious local jams (apricot jam, fig jam and pumpkin jam) in addition to green beans and stuffed eggplants “makdous”.
Jana Al Ayadi is one of the first cooperatives to have joined Fair Trade Lebanon’s network.
