Harb Farms was founded in 2011 in Rasmelhadeth, Bekaa, Lebanon. We believe that if you want good quality dairy products, you need to start with good quality milk. This is why we own our farm with a small number of cows, less than 50. Our cows obtain the best possible care.
We value R&D. Our team is continuously working on adapting and improving cheese production processes.
We provide white-label Dairy products to HORECA and Supermarkets. If you are a Supermarket, Hotel, Restaurant or Catering and you use dairy products, Harb Farms covers your needs.
Packaging: We developed packages specially designed for HORECA. All our dairy products are vacuum packaged.
No extra salt: Our Lebanese cheeses are not salty. We studied the traditional processes and improved them to provide the right salt levels while maintaining a good shelf-life.
